Why ASC is worthless
So i worked for acs on the Apple campaign. First of all I would like to say that they will hire anyone!! I got throught the hiring process and started a 4 week training in which my trainer specialized in computers and knew nothing about the ipod, and ipad that i was suppose to learn about. He then went on vacation 2 weeks into the 4 week training coarse and we hand random trainer switching out every hour. We were given the answers to the little quiz at the end of the week. After the 4 week training, I was supposed to be paired up with an experienced worker to shadow and learn exactly what to do. That didnt happen. ACS claimed that the call volume was too high and they just threw us on the phone. With no idea of what to do due to horrible training i had to learn the system on my own. They tell you that there is plenty of opportunity for overtime. What they dont tell you is that overtime is manditory and if you are unable to do the overtime you will be subject to termination. Lunch is an hour but they will cut your lunch in half when they feel like they need more overtime. ACS lies and doesnt care about its employees. Thats why the turnover rate is extremely high. They will easily replace you with the next person until that person see them for the complete BULLSHITTERS that they are..
