The company is well-respected and you can take pride in knowing that the products you make are helping to save the lives of others. The benefits package is very good, the other monetary benefits (bonus, work incentives, raises) are also very satisfactory if you can achieve a good working relationship with your manager. And you can't beat the location; the campus is in a good neighborhood and is a pleasing physical environment. The possibility for visibility across departments is usually not hard to come by, which helps your development. Through my career they have always been fair and ethical. I hope they can come up with more new products to keep the company financially healthy.
