I feel that you cannot trust the management team especially at the time of promotions and layoffs. Another point of contention amongst employees is compensation. No matter how well you do, you are never rewarded. The leadership continues to say they don't see changes on the horizon and are always shocked with a downturn in the automotive market. As with many big organizations your promotion is unfortunately linked to who you know, not what you know. here are obviously breakdowns in communications, and instances where information is not properly shared.
