Training, Empowerment, and Value of Employees
Having gone through the 12 week American Express training for the Platinum Customer Care positon I must say I have never been so impressed with a company's view of it's employees. I feel more valued than in any other potion I have ever had. They empower me to stand up for our cardmembers and work for the right resolution respecting both the cardmember and the merchant. I know that this will be my career for life, and am blessed to have had the opportunity to grow into my best self.
