If you're willing to kiss ass and have no morals about unfair treatment of certain employees you can be sure to keep your job. You're told to express your opinion BUT if it isn't what the same as management, you can and will lose your job. I've seen it happen. Oh yeah, you can't have a life, because you don't know until the last minute if you have to work.

Career growth is possible, as long as you know whose shoes to lick

about
This was a great place to work before it became all about the numbers and a financial game. No one's job is secure here and they "EXPECT" long hours without compensation. You should be thankful you still have your job. It used to be that "employees were our most valuable assets", but unfortunately not anymore. They tout that they have work life balance -- NOT! If you are not working tons of hours and have your nose stuck up the right persons but, than you are not respected even if your reputation has always been that you are an asset and a great employee. I will miss the people but not the place anymore. They only want to keep the cheap unexperienced workers who don't have any loyalty to the company and leave at the chance to make $1.00 per hour more. This is a disaster waiting to happen. No one knows what they are doing anymore -- it's such a shame. Until they make changes at the TOP it will not change. The morale is terrible because you don't kmow if your the next one to be let go..... numbers, numbers, numbers.

Poor management

about
The company has gotten so big that sometimes we lack proactive communication and now have silos in the organization that take away from the strategy. The Business division of Corporate has a track record of continuing to promoting poor leaders. The 'get it done' approach tends to make for a lot of problems and but results in a ‘not so smooth’ roll outs of new products and features. My management lacks capability. Merit has a very miniscule weight age in career growth here though which is quite disappointing.
