ADP lawyer's worked overtime on this as it seems the majority of the layoffs were in the 45+ years of age catagory. We all had to sign a waiver stating we would not sue for age discrimination otherwise, no severance package.
Here I am 2 years later, 58 years old, still no job, no health insurance after Cobra ran out, pension fund gone, savings gone & some of my 401K gone as well. Like most people my age I cannot get individual health insurance because of a pre-existing condition & now I am in danger of losing my home.
Networking with others I find that a majority of the over 50 group are in the same boat as me.
