While Bank of America's size can be a great positive; it can also be a large negative as in terms of layoffs.

Over 30 year dedicated employee that just became a number. BofA does NOT care about YOU. Only the bottom line. They do not care who is in the position, if you make a decent salary, and you are older, then too bad. Am I angry and resentful??? You bet!!!!

It is possible to work with people that you may not meet face to face for many months. Job advancement and career development are the worst here.

It takes a little bit longer than at a smaller company to feel that you know your way around. Overall, it is a Bank so you have to learn all the different technical things about the industry.
