Some of the negatives I experienced when I worked for this company are that they did NOT hire the most competent and qualified people that they could, they put people in positions they are not "suited" for. Despite what I was told during recruiting, it is a long process in getting promotions within the company. A lot of the times you don't get the support you need from management. While benefits packages offered are by far better than other large companies I have worked for in the past. If you are of the favorites they will find ways of promoting you even with out the specific requirements.
