Terrible customer service and quality control

It took me four months to finally get a cabinet that was usable so I could finish my bath remodel. It still wasn't right, but I had to finish the remodel, so I made do. I had to redrill four cabinet door hinges that were drilled improperly. I e-mailed the company four times and never recieved a response. Some monetary compensation would have been great, but I would have settled for "We're sorry for any inconvenience." Instead I got nothing. I will never purchase a product from Brandom again.
