Good Question- Tough answer since numerous Execs taint the truth which is easier for some-I'd say Lou F from tecops since he can BS better then most and the fact he has no class or loyalties to the team which supports him. Yep-He's my pick.

This company is in sad shape

This company is in sad shape. Pay is pretty good, but we've lost a lot of respect in the last 5 or 6 years. Company touts core bms behaviors, then we learn that we have $500 million in reserve to settle legal claims made against us. Vague direction and micromanagemnt also a problem. Good people for the most part

Overall, a good blend of work/life balance to the pay, opportunities and job security. You could probably get paid more with some companies, but you would have to give up some of the benefits or job security.

We have had many rounds of layoffs but I have good fortune I survived in all of them. I think management may stop the processes this year and we hope new year brings blessings for all of us.

Bristol Myers: Overall, a very nice place to work, I have been employed at Bristol for about a year and I am pretty happy to be working here. Co-workers are very talented and professional people who operate well as a team. My Management, generally very good but lacks decision making skills.
