Useless HR and full of politics

i lost my job because i was in bench for long!! i understand that it is their duty to assign us to another project once we get released. but they sit simply and tell that curently there qare no oepnings....

then one fine day, HR calls me to meet her and tells me to resign!! its completely ridiculous. that too they told me to resign that day itself!! i dont understand what value tey provide to a person who served their company for 3 years. HR department is waste. they get fat pay checks every month but not working for that money!!

While CTS is a good company, organization needs to evaluate some of Technical managers / Sr.ARchitects & above, if they are really having required skills, for ex., unless j2ee /mobile tech managers/ architects can do design at component level, whether they can understand coding / implementation issues in using specific language they suggest ,if they can understand code as expected and do code review to enhance performance ? . Any one can present an architecture document showing layers / integration between them. similarly if some of PM's are really professional ? what's their actual measured individual contribution to organization ? go getters among them might have spent years contributing nothing but some how project themselves accordingly with top management.

too much politics

HR Fault!!

Though CTS in a Great Co., to work with, but the HR people are so irresponsible.... because of them I lossed the job today. When I released from one project it is HR's responsiblity to search a job where as it was handed over to 2 people out of one was on vacation for a long time without handling my resume to anybody else and the other one doesn't know where all the projects are available though there are so many projects available that I know from other friends, but HR people doesn't know about them so, they didn't recruit me and I lossed the job.

Very bad of HR. So Pissed off on the road with the family.

dear friend, very sorry to hear that you have lost your job in CTS. no problem you will be getting a better job elsewhere. But first of all, as a senior member of the community, i advise you, with good intention only, to improve a lot your English skills as you have used words like "lossed" which should be lost only, then "released" this word when refering to a person is often used for prisoners when they are released from the jail. You should have used the word "relieved". Secondly, it is not "handling" you could have used simple words like "handing over my resume" like that. The entire message is so much ungrammatical and actually ridiculous. Hope being a CTS ex-employee you should be at least a graduate. But I am at loss to understand as to how with such abysmal levels in English one could got through exams and also enter into a company like CTS

Another round of layoffs

Fortunately I have gone safe and sound through all the rounds of layoffs this year. AS the new year is approaching, top management is once again looking forward to making staff shorter. There isn't any confirmed news about it yet, I heard through a friend of mine.
Everybody in the company! be prepared.
