Ridiculous

They are so unprofessional. I showed up for training and the company that did my background check didn't finish it in time. They had 3 weeks to finish it. Then I showed up to the new training class and the damn recruiter didn't schedule me like she was supposed to. So now I start next week. They had me quit my job and now I have been screwed out of 3 weeks pay. Worst company on the effing planet.

Pay Deductions

I cannot remember when deductions started coming off of pay checks while employed at Convergys. I know benefits did not start until after 3 months emplyment but were deductions taken off before for dental, medical, disability etc.?

Convergys has less pay as compared to other companies.

The compensation for the position is low and there are no raises. Lots of layoffs. This has got to be the worst job I've ever had!!
