I work at costco, they can treat you like trash etc. punish you , nitpick and do what ever they want. just take it, you'll love the money, but you will get screwed over a lot, just dont let it phase you. Work, make money, go home. Thats it, dont involve yourself personally with co workers, dont look for dates etc. Just go there, work and go home.

My name is Sherry Rowe i was a seasonal help with Costco, The new supervisor Samantha over marketing in the new Augusta Georgia site. made the seasonla employees feel like trash,she would all ways state we can replace employees,and constantly looked in failure in the seasonal employees She would talk to the employees if they werer non human ,would discuss issues with you out in the open in front of customers and other employees. She is in customer service and have a non people person or caring attitude. I feel as a supervisor you should not threaten seasonal employees with i can replace employees.I was one of the seasonal help thatdid a good job,i know this beause Lisa one of the markrting supervisor from Greenville told me there very pleased with me.I feel amantha had a personal problem with me and is prejudice and rascists i,m not upset i just would like someone to look into the treatment if the seasonal employees how Samantha is treating them,everyone need a job but bot be treated unhuman.

Good - Salary and Benefits.
Needs improvement - only old employee on higher rank good a bonus each year.New employee and employee not in top rank does not got a bonus.
Customer Service - US employee got a good customer care.Canada employee needs improvement.
Employer- Costco need to invest in machinery,like collecting cart and buggies collecting machine.Some employee got exploited and pick by manager.
Cleanliness - It depends on employee,some employee did not have a license from government to handle the food only in-house.Some meat cutter in Canada especially in British Columbia did not have a goverment license.

The most unprofessional company I have ever worked under in my entire life! Truly disappointed in all the lies we were fed during our orientation/Costco Pep Rally.

the managers and supervisors at watford costco seem to live in their own world and should show their employees the same respect they do to their members. we are treated like crap in some dept but have to say there are a few managers that are really ok , but front end managers are the worst. if u have a problem dont go to them coz they dont give a shit and are the worst, and call it moaning, they want the job dun and they dont care how they get their own way. all need to learn people skills as dont av a clue. oh ye 1 i would avoid at all cost coz e really is unapproachable, and always looks pissed off, and in a bad mood. they are 2 busy having relations with each ufa, to even notice u r aving problems. think this is all they discuss oh and gossip. but do have to point out the big warehouse manager is ok but u av to get a meeting with im 1st, which is ard,but e appears to try and help when e knows or thinks we could cause problems 4 em all. its about time head office spoke to the employees and not to the ufas coz they will get told all the things we cant tell openly, coz of getting more shit .
