Coventry Health is a joke. There hiring practices are crappy and the fat HR representative needs to dress more professional. Her mini skirt was too short and too tight. Her attitude was very negative and her explanations regarding selections of full time candidates lacks clarity. At the 2 part interview with a supervisor, I was told the interview was great and I qualified for the full time position, but after interviewing with the HR rep I was totally ignored and she only wrote chicken scratch marks as my response to each scenario. I would let this go, but I have worked in healthcare customer service for CHCS in Florida, a medical supplemental insurance company for over 5 years and I have also obtained a degree in healthcare information. They are a waste of time and applicants shouldn't waste their time. She will not evaluate you fairly.

Ability to get promoted based on performance. 
Big pharma company and you are just a number there

no retention of employees, including management
Senior management should make a sincere and concerted effort

Teach management how to appreciate the 'little people' in the organization
Put more value on your hardest workers 

The only way to get promoted is to turn in an offer letter from another company. The reason why so many people quit is because they are underpaid!!
