FLEXREWARDS = raising prices!

I can do math. The new "FlexRewards" program at Duane Reade means is that instead of 5% off everything, we now only get 2% off...while they try to dress it up so that the people who CAN'T do math get all excited.

Call John K. Henry, Duane Reade Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at 1-212-273-5746 and tell him we're not taking an insult like this after years of being loyal customers.

Not a Happy Camper

There is only so much work one person can complete --- but our manager here add more and more work and you feel overworked. The pay is low, employees are also treated unfairly and management is unreasonable. Turnover is very high because when customers are bad-mannered management is not collaborative with its staff.
The company has made drastic cut backs in store payroll yet is constantly increasing overall work load. There is no good reason I could think of to work at Duane Reade. Once you work here, it is almost impossible to get promoted from within to the management level.
