happy to have a job

about
I know some of my fellow employees have gone through hard times. Some have probably even been treated unfairly due to changes in our company due to our acquisition of "Superior Coffee". I have suffered very little.I feel we are on the right track and are starting to operate like one company. If you are unhappy hang in there we were once proud and happy and I believe we will be again.

I like how a branch manager can make policies changes at a branch level. I bet H R would love to hear about that? His exact words were " Pam Bridges said if you don't like the new way QUIT" sounds like he wants his own little kingdom!

I worked there for all most 17 yrs and was laid off in Jan 2011 was told that the company lost millions because of the econmy. But anyone who worked there no that was bulls..t I can see some of it but not all , The worst thing they did was to buy superior they had no Idea how to intergraid it into the buisness with us it cost them millions of lost sales do to not having the product for salesman.they were spending millions on shipping ups.on parts and product. and having that Rockey at the top did not help either. all he did was fill his pockets glad he is gone. but I do hope they turn things around in there 100 yrs there is still some good people working there that need there jobs

I worked there for almost 17 yrs and was laid off in Jan 2011. they said is was the economy that they lost millions. but anyone who worked there at that time nos that is not all the truth the way they were spending money on shipping parts and product to branches that they could not get on the trucks to deliver cost millions in lost sale. It was bad management at the top (Rocky)that cost us all money in the end but he got his money that was all he cared about. They had distroid the service to customers with the call center. and having to go thru 10 diff, people to get a mahine was stuped we were always none for our service
