to all the good people at FedEx - please recognize the great work of Patricia Marcelline. She works in the FedEx customer service and has been an outstanding help in ensuring a recent shipment was traced and delivered on time to a California customer. Not only did she find the missing shipment but also revised the service to ensure final customer delivery occurred as required. Her traceability and feedback to us regarding this particular shipment was first class and certainly provided the necessary information to the customer.

Hi! I would like to rave about one of your FedEx employees. A young lady named Tasha (sorry I don't have her last name). she delivers to us on Dorset Rd. Troy OH area. I always appreciate her kindess and she goes out of her way to make sure I receive my pkg. right at my desk (I work at the front desk) when she sees my name on the box. She actually remembers me! I love her personal care and her friendly personality. Thank you for having such a fine employee and I appreciate her very much. Thanks!

Congrats FedEx!! Two packages from the same company, shipped to the same address for delivery on the same day dropped off at two different, incorrect locations signed for by people whose names look nothing like mine!! Where do you hire your drivers? They're only job is to look at the address and find the people who's name is on the box.... OMG!!! Tracked down this moron, he should at least have a review: Mauricio Miranda in Albuquerque.

Driver Lied-didn't deliver pkg

I waited all day for a delivery yesterday. At 3pm I sat down to play on facebook and watch and wait for my package. Still not here by 5pm so checked tracking again. It said they had left package at front door and no signature required. WHAT!!!! Not only did they not deliver the package to me, there was NO FedEx truck even out here. I live on a country road with one way in and one way out and have full view of the street and my front porch from my living room. Filed a claim but don't have much confidence in FedEx, especially since they lied. Luckily the vendor I ordered from is going to replace the package and this time NOT send it FedEx.

Left my package at the door

So I brought something on-line and had it delivered to my apartment. I was not home, but my sister was and they claim to have buzzed, but my sister said they never did. They left my package in my mail room and now its missing! I called the costumer service line, very nice people, but they said everything was done by procedure and I have no claim. I usually use UPS and have NEVER had a lost package problem.. they always leave a letter telling me where I can pick up my package. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME USING FEDEX!
