bad management

Politica....at it's finest. Management not willing to accept responsibility for "their" decisions, then blame their business/risk analysts for bad financial decisions.

The bafoones (sp) that head up the Healthcare group should be shot. After consistantly exceeding sales and profit projections they continued to cut staff in 2-3 waves of layoffs. Now being sold. Hope they all get what's coming to them.

Chris H got his wish - Little Rock shutting down

about
It appears that our fearful Voice Services leader has gotten his wish and has finished shutting down the Little Rock part of the operation. As we continue to miss SL's and increase CPH, I have to ask, how is this working out for you, buddy?

What management forgot is simple - they did not pay attention to the balance between making shareholders happy (ROI - return on investment) and keeping employees happy (IP - investment in production). So the basic economic function is starting to bite them and bleed their revenues: "The law of diminishing returns".

You see as they were so focused on making their shareholders and their wallets "Fat" by taking away our salary increases and decreasing our expense reimbursement for cell & misc other expense to zero (in the recent past), they have pissed many of us employees off. No one is speaking up directly to management, instead many of us are just performing at slower paces and looking for the markets to shift a little more to find employment elsewhere unless the senior management really tries to fix the loss of income we employees have suffered. Take a look at the CPI and make sure you grab numbers that include price changes in food and gas. We are making almost 10% less than we were 4 years ago!
