I purchased a laptop at Wal-Mart and decided to use their in house financing which ended up being FLEXI COMPRAS. I have my payments scheduled through my "bill pay" , every two weeks a partial payment is sent to the address on my signed contract. I will not use their online payment nor will I pay by phone, I have been a victim of identity theft, therefore, I pay all company's this way. GUESS WHAT? FLEXI COMPRAS keeps loosing my payments, tried to say I didn't pay or mail it, tried say my bank must not of mailed it. But then two days later they call to tell me they received the "lost" payments. I was reassured by a GM Sean Stanley, that I should not experience this problem again. LOL! They called last week now they have lost TWO of my payments but found one in between , it's been cashed. I am assuming FLEXI COMPRAS thinks all their customers are ignorant and stupid. But I have filed a Several page complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.. I have cancelled there so called lost payments. Once my bank credits that amount back into my account, I will go and get a money order and take the payment and my contract up there. When I pay whomever takes my payment will have to sign an affidavit stating they are the ones receiving my payments. If they call me for any thing after that, or the try to report me to the credit bureaus as a negative. I will be taking the whole slew of incompetent
Personal into court for harassment and falsifying reports to the credit bureaus. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
