The opportunities for advancement are limited for obvious reasons, but they are trying to turn themselves around as a company. Very political - if you aren't good at promoting yourself and getting the right notice during meetings you will go nowhere. Company is downsizing so upward mobility is limited. Many good folks lost their jobs, although it also affected company in somehow manners. They don't have the strongest team of the industry now.
