The company is large, however it feels small. Everyone knows everyone.

It is a wondeful place.

This company is very cliqueish. If you put your head down and work and don't gossip and put down your colleagues, you'll end up getting shown the door because of your incompetence. Very consensus driven. Also the more you do, the more work gets shoveled onto your plate and you are made to feel inferior if you can't take another shovel full of work.

what do we do - where do we go next when no one listens??? been complaining for 15 years now! this fat lazy F is never at his desk? disappears and takes 2 - 3 hour lunches and constant breaks. call down to the datacenter and someone tells you he stepped away for a break, call 2 hours later and you get - oh he didnt come back from lunch!!!! found a cot in a storage room where he takes 3 - 4 hour naps. who the hell has a job like that and can get away with it?!?!?! you complain to him and guess what - he calls out sick the rest of the week!!! best part is this fat fck in a VP and only work 3 days a week! I WANT A JOB LIKE THAT AT GOLDMAN SACHS
