I got an offer with another team with essentially no oncall rotation and whose work I really admired. I didn't take it.
I would say that many of the employees have a very limited amount of overall retail knowledge.
Benefits have been drastically cut in the last few months as a way to reduce costs. This includes a loss of 401k matching, reduction in paid sick time, re-structuring of the bonus system as well as other measures. Poor communication of these changes has left employees feeling betrayed and concerned about their future.
