This will be the third regime change I've seen in the past 3 years! Each new set of bosses clean house and bring their people in. Massive layoffs lately. People layed off: every supervisor or full time security guard, the casino cage middle management (one who had been there from day1!), the retail supervisor, venerable managers bartenders and servers from Pink Taco. Every department has seen 20% staff reductions and people quitting and not being replaced. Those left just do more work.
