Not a lot of fun

Worked here for a little over three years before leaving to take a better job with more work/life balance, responsibility and pay. I wouldn't suggest this as Employer-of-Choice to anyone. There has been a great deal of turnover, and the company has literally taken a fall from one of the toughest places in the Twin Cities to get a position at to one where employees seem to be like rats from a sinking ship. That said, there are some great people there- they just are not sitting in positions that can make a cultural change within the company.
