Dont forget their so called revolutionary platform Embrace doesnt work. Selling a product to companies that doesnt work bound to bite them in the ass with more lawsuits.

Seeing first hand how this company treats people I would never recommend them as an employer. Cronyism and favortism are rampant and the supervisors are corrupt. Good emplyees are being let go in order keep those with less seniority and former supervisors on the payroll as special exemptions. A supervisor who should be laid off/impacted with less then 6 months service at this location will be able to become an "agent/engagement specialist" but the actual engagement specialist with several years of service are being impacted/laid off. In addition the business model is horrible and little wonder they are going out of business. They have nurses running a call center? They over staff nurses and understaff the actual customer service agents, and they pay the nurses a premium to sit there and do virtually nothing. Nurses outstaff the CSR about 3 to 1. They lost there Cigna contract morst likely due to expenses.

Did I mention the spineless supervisors? The at best untrained/misinformed HR department? This is located in a major midwestern city with a large arch on the riverfront BTW.

I would never recommend working for Healthways and trully believe there labor practices are horrid. There is no real leadership. They are a parasite on the Health Industry and I applaud Cigna for removing there business. Any corporation considering utilizing Healthways would be better served creating there own customer service center and servicing there own needs. As a business model they dont work in addition they are bad at what they do.

Ive spoken before about this worthless, degrading debilitating company, youre timed when you go to the bathroom... its like another freakin world outside of the real one... unbelievable that any self worthy nurse can stand one day under those circumstances...

This company will cause a nervous breakdown.....the mgment has been brainwashed by the nashville tn headquarters to believe the clinician is making a difference in the lives of medical insurance members. They say they are meeting the needs of the customers..(Insurance Companies) that has bought in to their hype to become healthier one person at a time.. This business causes the experienced professional nurses to be cursed at and abused by the members of the health plans, feeling their privacey has been violated or the insurance co is trying to rule/ intrude and come between the MD and the patient. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone that I considered a friend. Reasons for being the worst place: 1. tied to phone 8-10 hrs a day 2. Micro mgmt....Not allowed to use nursing experience in teaching 3 .No chg even after meeting with mgmt. 4. Call recording for flaws and errors that are made when talking to member. 5. Constant feeling of worthlessness. 6.Requires" the colleague" as we are called to be on the phone98% of the time or there penalities for not meeting the expectation of the business.

Not a positive environment for nurses, They are not appreciated, are constantly being judged and given unrealistic expectations on the work load. calls are kept to 12 minutes, with much scripted, robotic and interrogating questions to members. Many members will not talk with us because of this. Nurses are not valued, and many leave due to being put down for no reason. Managers do not have to have a lot of experience, consequently they are not consistent, and goof off a lot.Nurses are not treated as professionals

This is not a company that any nurse should ever have to be part of. They are hiring new graduates with no nursing experience to be on the phones with patients, just to save money, not because they care about quality. It is totally micro- managed, and scripted, with 8 pages of what nurses have to say in a robotic manner. The calls to members can only last 12 minutes, giving very little time to really teach and assist members. They have also hired a team of nurses to eval calls and pick apart the nurses. Nurses are not valued, they are degraded. The supervisors have a lot of time to sit around and gossip, but have never had to try to do all the nurses have to do in a limited amount of time. Things change from day to day.Inconsistent and unfair, and nurse's opinions do not matter
