This place is still a shithole..thought it might improve ..but the ceo..prez..and f.o. and still trying to run with the lest amount of people...spend most of my day looking thru samples that have been pulled trying to find good ones...Have no quality anymore..just a printing company that wants job in job out as fast as possible.......still say they are not making any money...joke...lost alot of employees with over 40 years experience and replaced them with temps and criminals paying them next to nothing and now they wonder why bad stuff is getting thru....customers beware....still work here but its getting harder and harder to come to work.....no future.....horrible hours...no good help...over worked.....no support from other depts...most others have their w/e off...cut cut cut..stupid stupid stupid.....incomplete job tickets...held accountible for others mistakes...just pure crap.......stay away from this place..be better off working as a horse stall cleaner..come to think of it ..thats what we do now....shovel it all day .....BEWARE.....

Maybe that is why you were layed off...voicing you idea or concerns only gets you on one their list of expendibles....Ive found out during the 30 plus years here...if you want to keep working .you best keep it to yourself....make no waves.....management does not give a damn about the hourly workers let alone an ideas or concerns they might have...never has since Henry passed...present people in charge now only care about numbers period...not the human factor...the three amigos have only one thing in mind and that doesnt bode well for anyone under them....Its hard not to take it personal...when you see fellow workers that have been with the company for decades told they no long matter simply because they make" too" much money or they cant work the impossible hours they require now.....the work force is getting older and when you pilot a desk for a living it isnt hard to hammer the ones that have to be on their feet for 8/12 hours...Sure management is trying to make the company solvent.....Its has always been solvent...another cook the books deal...rule by fear...thats the axman motto....Good luck if you are trying to hook up with this company...don't make any large purchases.....

This place is a real joke .. Management in the front office thinks she's everyone's friend .. trys to be the life of the party . But if you turn your back away from her she will stab you in the back and talk about you behind your back . She is always saying she doesn't like gossip But she's the first to start gossip. Even to go as far as ask other managers if you every said anything about her cause she has a feeling you don't like her . Really grow up ask someone yourself . You see the post on here stating someone has been at the company for 7 yrs. and loves this place. Don't be fooled more than likely that post was from a manager who hasn't had pay cuts, lose of benefits .. has a company charge card . If your close to retiring No worries come to Henry Wurst and they'll fire / lay you off before you can collect on them . O ya thinking of being fired if your one one the lucky one's that does get fired they try to fight you on unemployment . That's right this is a great company to work for . The real one's that should be getting laid off are the managers. Really only know of one manager that is good in this company and he knows he has to keep his mouth shut .. poor guy just working on paper production for the company and has no say . I know longer work here and couldn't be Happier
