This is not a work environment fully committed to diversity.
Try to actually care about your employees.

Uh - Hewitt Associates no longer exists. That is probably the biggest thing to improve. Many colleagues in the Aon Hewitt division of Aon, which bought Hewitt some time ago, still seem to think it's a separate company. !!!!!!

Homer Simpson Must Work at Aon Hewitt

about
I'm a recent retiree from a large U. S. corporation that contracted H. R. services out to Aon Hewitt. OMG, what a pathetic mess. Screwed up billings, zero communication and inaccurate information both on the phone and on their web page.

Managers and executives are all very encouraging. The upper management seems to be reactive as opposed to proactive in some of their initiatives.

Payroll Issue

about
I am an associate for a major financial institution and our pay is processed through Aon Hewitt. I returned from in unpaid leave of absence and worked a 40hour week for 2 weeks to get my normal pay. Aon Hewitt deducted the state disabiloity benefits i did get the week before returning to work from my pay when my employer told them not to. My employer then requested an off cycle to check because they took nearly 50% of my pay. Come to find out they said the request was never made and even if it was they wouldnt grant it. I know this is untrue because I was with my employer when the request was made via speaker phone. Then I was told all request go through payroll, which is who I thought we spoke to when we ask for "pay and time keeping". But when I requested to speak to a payroll specialist I was told they are a back office and dont accept incoming calls. I am at the end of my rope. I did what I was suppose to do and so did my employer. If my employer says pay me arent they just suppose to pay me? They work for my employer just like I do! Now I have no way of paying my rent and am facing eviction because of a screw up on their part and their refusal to answer my employers request for an off cycle check. I wish the company never left Fidelity because Aon Hewitt is unprofessional and dont understand peoples livlihood is in their hands. You guys are idots!
