Need to improve on the pay and benefit structure

Compensation is not standard as per industry standard. The culture has changed significantly for the worse. Some obsolete tools and slow processes which might require automation.

Sometimes it is bureaucratic here

There is a disconnect between upper management and individual employees. I feel that the management doesn't care as much now.

It's true that in order to get something done or have anything changed here it is a very slow process. There is a disconnect between upper management and individual employees. I feel that the management doesn't care as much now.

Sometimes it is bureaucratic here

The big negative here is the fact that there is a lack of a future here at HP in my opinion. The work life balance is bad, because there is excessive traveling.
