Sad place to work

Been at Honeywell in KC for over 30 years. Out look was very positive for many years until they decided to take everything you worked for years away from you and leave you with nothing. Reason why there are so many job opening there? Pay is second class, benny ? What benefits. No pension, no health care, etc... sorry... they give you a portable pension plan of around 3 percent. Old timer are there because they are stuck. Young employees are there for a short time, then leave. In ten years when all the people with all the knowledge and ability leave, that place will be no more than a under paid job shop.

Honeywell Sucks

I'd been working with HON quit a while and what I foresee is that there is no a standardization process embedded in the spec and furthermore the company does not even taking good care of the employee.

2010 Layoffs

As an employee with over 20 years with the company, this is just another way for Cote and staff to line their pockets. He made over $40M in 2008 while moving 100s if not 1000s of jobs out of the U.S. Now he's one of Obama's business advisors. This company is now being run by selfish management with no employee loyalty. They have consistently reduced benefits for 'tenured' (older) employees. I see another age discrimination lawsuit in their near future.

We get furloughs and pay cuts while dave cote enjoys bonus.............. on top of that the moral is horrible at Honeywell and everyone is so worried about their job that they are not worrying about the quality of the job itself. What a horrible place to work................

Senior management denied the value of key avionics customers, treating Boeing and Airbus as if they were recreational buyers. Now that management has come to the conclusion that, gee, those guys do buy a lot of our products, the customers have had enough.

Pay benefits

Honeywell Indonesia pays its employee very bad. So many employees just come and go in a year. Worse, it pays ER very late. Usually we had to spend our own money first for projects and travelings.
