Improve Customer Support. Don't hire people who doesn't know how or have problems with language. Specially those in Philippines. Rude and impolite. I had an experience and the name of the employee is Nancy Adams or Nancy Addams. When I asked for a manager, she disconnect my call and when I called again it was her again and got an unruly, rude and impolite. If she still with Intuit, she should look for another job. I requested this on the feedback website but she is still there when I called last week.

The prodcut is good but the support is bad. I really had a bad experienced. I don't know if it's a coincidence or what but I spoked three times with a certain Nancy Addams or Nancy Adams from the Philippines. She was the most rude person, impolite support I spoke with. I am very disappointed with her. Never resolved my problem and worst of all, rude! Please have her remove from your company.

Intuit gets 5 stars across the board! This company really cares about it's employees, customers and stakeholders. And it shows. It's not always about doing it right all the time either. Intuit, like every company in the world, does make mistakes. But it's how Intuit responds to mistakes that makes the difference. Intuit is committed to doing right by their customers. It is very nice to notice that when your efforts are being appreciated in terms of not only compensation package but also with a pat on the back. It’s indeed my pleasure to be with the organization as the fellas are as helpful as could be. I am very clear in respect of job satisfaction, it’s not the organization that provide you the satisfaction, it’s you who inculcate the satisfaction in the job, also that if you already have inclination towards any job, then it bring the right combination of success and satisfaction.

The salary range is very good, benefits are great, strong commitment and support for personal development. Intuit has an excellent history and let’s say habit of promoting qualified individuals from within. In addition, the company treats all its employees with dignity and respect.
