Unfortunately, the future of the company is very unclear and there is very little information coming from management. The senior management is disconnected from reality when it comes to what is really happening inside the company.
Management really gets crazy when you make a mistake and believes that they have adequately trained you. You will usually not get an honest review of your work as management will rank you against other employees. There is a lot of racial discrimination between supervisors and senior management. Huh there is so much to say about management and its disabilities … but my guess is these things are everywhere.
