Bruce Lane creates more issues than a good design. Kerry Willis is so beyond his prime it is scary. Robert Rassi who fits more of the profile of a child molester than an engineering manager. The environment in this place is just nauseating and is scary they provide a component for aerospace and government contracts. You need to watch your back at every step of the way or they will bury you.

Robert is indeed a sleaze and should be reported to corporate for his actions. It's amazing what this buffoon gets away with in his treatment of the female employees. It's a crime the way he treats the female engineers that work under him

Funny you mention about Robert. This guy is the biggest sleaze when it come to working around the more attractive female employees. Surprisingly this perv hasn't been taken to HR for his actions yet.

The test engineering position listed for this company is suicide if you pursue it. An incompetent management staff that will hinder any activities and throw you under the bus when they screw up. You will do a very small % of test related items and constantly have to clean up mess after mess. The thing they omit in the description is that it's on second shift and you be with one other engineer responsible for all of production. No opportunity for advancement, raises and a buffoon of an engineering manager micromanaging every item you do despite his complete lack in knowledge of many items especially test. Stay away from this crappy company

Design engineer who creates more messes than creating. A good product. Product manager (Kerry Willis) who can't remember things from one day to the other. Engineering manager (Robert Rassi) who can't pull any type of QMS out of his butt. Crap built day in and day out with no established corrective action process and returns from customers day in and day out also with the same lack of corrective action. Any other cable and connector will provide a better product than Jerrik. This place is run by a bunch of buffoons.

None of your customers care in the least bit about 5S at the site. They want a well defined QMS that will deliver a good product instead of the crap that is delivered.

Hey Robert Rassi you incompetent buffoon..none of the employees here at this site care at all about your incessant 5S ramblings.

This company has no direction and is being managed by incompetents. No direction and no support of anyone in a managerial role. Good luck to those still working here and stay as far away as possible for those thinking of joining.

When is the last time any of their customers performed a site audit? They'll be amazed at how wrong things are here.

Robert Rassi is the most clueless manager I have ever worked under or with in any point of my career. He is driving the company into ground by himself. He has no clue on how to manage people and is only driven by a skirt. Nobody respects him at all levels of the organization. Stay away from this company and especially this manager.

Poor management. Management blame workers for poor work qualities. There is no good relationship between workers and management. Production manager always look for fault in co-workers, and not look for improvement.

Poor ass quality control systems, micromanaging engineering manager looking to find fault with everyone. Senior management who are well past their prime. Everyone overworked and completely unappreciated. Hand building of connectors that are being sold to top aeronautical and defense industries. Consistant RMA issues, no system control at test, excessive dispositioning with no corrective action process. Hired me as a test engineer to handle qualifications and to improve test, but spent most of time doing production processes and tooling. No respect for employees, a major wonder that they are still maintaining most of their current customers. Those relationships hang by a thread and if they only knew what crap is built there those relationships would be over.
