Corporate needs to send in district mgr or even regional mgr to lkohls on fry Rd in Katy Tx . The mgrs there r rude not to mention lazy. If u turn in your 2wks notice u will get fired on the spot. If u value tht store get rid of addy mgr loma

No return policy.... Not good

The most incompetent and stupid people can make it to the top of a store in the Kohl's world. So not only will you be making minimum wage, but you'll be treated like dirt by your idiot supervisors and managers. If you aren't getting credit and e-mail, you're given absolutely no recognition, regardless of how much work you do for the store in other ways. The franchise can afford to pay its employees more, but they won't. Hours are totally inconsistent, unpredictable and you can go from 30 hours a week to 4 hours a week in a snap. Kohl's cares more about money and credit than they do about their own employees.

At the Kohl's store I am at, they haven't had any layoffs in a while, but they have been cutting peoples' hours. At one time, I was averaging at least 20 hours a week, but now I've been averaging 4 hours per week. I'd quit Kohl's to look for another job, but I get my health benefits there, though I am currently looking for alternatives to Kohl's.

I was told, when hired at Kohls, that this was to be a part-time position. I accepted this to mean that after a short probationary period, and demonstrating ability to perform my duties in an above average manner, that my value to the Company would be rewarded, thanked?, by an increase in hours to a full-time 40 hr. work-week. I demonstrated my superior customer-service saavy, and provided the Company with the type of service to their customers that they would kill for, and the highest amount of scheduled hours I received was on oone occasion when I was given 24 scheduled work-hours for that week. Then I was told, ''not getting a certain number of Credit Card Applications each week will affect how many scheduled hours you would get the next week". Kohls does'nt care about it customers needs, and well-being, they only want to get FREE MONEY via Credit Card Interest.
