They have a habit of doing dirty things and then firing or laying off the people who call them out. The senior execs pay themselves huge bonuses while telling everyone that they are only going to give out 2% raises and then telling people who are used to getting bonuses that the bonuses won't be given. They are constantly in flux because their business simply doesn't work. They set up the business with the unrealistic expectation that business would be great for years (ego ego ego) but when business slowed down as EVERYONE knew it would they looked like deer in the head lights. So their solution was to lay people off rather than examine their business structure. Hey Landsafe, You can't have national appraisers in a RECESSION. There is no way to support the weight of your employee salaries and expenses. Get a clue.
