the only thing good about Logitech was the pay and the bonus, the location is the worst, not a decent restaurant in the whole city. One of the things that you need to know is that Logitech is a Swiss company, and if you don't speak French you ain't going anywhere. One of the famous lines from the founder Bobo, "is that all important decisions in Logitech's history have all been made in French", what a charming thought that is... Management doesn't care about the workers, and engineering rules all aspects of the business. This is probably the most political company that I have ever worked for, you can't trust a sole person everyone is out for themselves--never met more backstabbers in my life, agree to your face and then admit to everyone else they never said that.

Logitech was once a very good company when I started my career here but with time it has turned conservative. Management is ignorant of employees and doesn’t respond with feedback for our concerns. It has lately been announced that the company will reduce workforce further (after earlier layoffs) and “the list” is in the process. I know I will be anyhow safe from being laid off. But what an infelicity with those who don’t know what is gonna happen to them in next few days. Layoffs are not only occurring in our company but a friend working in Plantronics told me the same is happening there too.
