I had opened up a new medical practice 2008 and the physician selected Mckesson Practice Partner for our software. We have had trouble since day one! The support system is terrible. When you call support for help you can tell the support person does not know what they are doing. For one question you will be on the telephone for 1 to 1.5 hours. Second, it take 6 months to get an upgrade. You will be signed a sale person and mine was George....he will never call you! We have a IT company that does quarter reviews on our computers and they help us more than McKesson. Third, we paid for our support yearly and they place our account on hold. It has been two months now and our account is still on hold. Please, if you are looking to purchase anew software for your medical practice....save the headache and go somewhere else.
