Monaco closing in Elkhart Indiana

I just found this site, but I find it amazing that this was the FIRST plant Monaco wanted to close. How small of upper crust management and all stockholders to close this facility. Now everyone can have their units pulled or towed to OREGON or FLORIDA for work to be done on them. Ypu REALLY REALLY killed this town and the economy on this one. I hope new buyers really watch and saw what you did and maybe just maybe consider buying a different coach. I personally will never never own a Monaco Coach in my lifetime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the highest levels of Senior Management are doing the right things. They are trying to align the organization better with the market place by removing some of the old workers who are burden on management. But some management decisions have really hurt employees because morale has fallen down very low after some of its best people have gone due to layoff policy.
