It is a great place to work, the people are friendly and the management teams are very supportive in training you to advance your career in the area you are interested. The company provides great benefits like lost-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance and 401k matching in addition to a retirement pension plan. We are paid well and management is very flexible when it comes to work/life issues. The sense of community inside and outside the company is wonderful.
