No Proper Reason for Termination
I joined 3 months back and got very good recognition on my first month work. I tried to do some advancements, avoid duplication of work and professional environment. In that regard, I contacted my boss and the very next week, I got laid off with no proper reason for the termination. The same thing happened to other person whom I replaced his position. I regret of moving from a full time job at big company to Mylan. The environment is very unethical and no professional environment. What is the point of talking about Severence, Insurance and other things supporting things, when they hire and terminate candidates who put lot of hopes and expectations on their new jobs, particularly in my case just leaving a full time job from reputed company and joining this low standard company.
