This is a bit of a long store but I had requested a 200.00 gift card for my incircle points and in the mean time I had found a pair of earring. The clerk offered to hold the earrings till the card went into the system. One week later I had not heard from him so I called the local store. The clerk was off so I asked another clerk to help me. He acted like he was too busy, blah blah.. so I asked if he could call me back when he was free. He called later and gave me the card numbers and I told him about the earrings. I told him I would like them rung up today so I could take advantage of the spend 200 get a 50 gift card for later use. He said he could not find the earrings and still acted like in a not very nice fashion. I asked him to have the manager call me. The manager Andrew called back and I explained the situation. He said I had to be in the store to take advantage of the offer. Now I call up the store on a regular basis and have them ring something up for me, and many of the associates of this particular store know me by name, as I am in there ALL the TIME! The manager wouldn't budge. I am so offended by this on principal alone. I spend a lot of money in this store on a regular basis and feel that I am not asking much. I live 35 miles one way from the store and having to go there for just this seems crazy to me, especially on a Saturday during the holidays. As there are so many options now when purchasing high end merchandise I feel that I won't go back there, I would rather go where I can be treated like the loyal customer I am.
