Experiience is King
about
Many people here are third and even forth generation railroaders, and the knowledge and experience we pass on to the fresh employees should be inspiring. However, many young twits are unappreciative . Many young managers are fresh out of college and have no hands on experience doing railroad work that they have to evaluate and supervise and so most projects lead to downtimes or unmet targets. However, if they are completed on time and on budget they are viewed as successful; even though they cost the company more money in the long run.
