NuC02 is the worst place to work , some are Bullies upper management will push you around have you work off the clock and will tell you a lie to your face just so they can get there way ,to get you to take the job ! If I was anyone looking to work for them I would run , but as I see there is nothing that really tells the true about NuCO2 , its all good so what Im saying now will see , what a shit place to work

Horrible treatment of employees

I worked for NUCO2 for 11 years. I watched the worst employee in the depot get a promotion. The only promotional job that came up at that time. He must have had some special knee pads that I was unaware of. I was a devoted, excellent employee that just got fired for reasons unknown. Don't work for or give your business to this company.

nuco2 dont care

I worked for nuco2 from 03 to 07 the first time unorganized lots of hours managers dont know whats going on in small depots some drivers work 50 60 hrs while other guys work 35 and nothing happens to them then will. Went back in 11 and still lots of hours its just modern day slavery by stockholders.

Horrible company to work for---look elsewhere for employment--no rewards with the company--just tremedous job stress with them---just ask the hundreds of people that have resigned due to their lack of leadership...

I had to stand by and watch this horrible company destroy the good name & service that Heller's Carbonic / CARBO CO had built over a period of many years throughout the Midwest - sad thing is that today no one can match the service and customer care that Heller's provided all those years...................

I love my job at NuCO2. I have been employed with them for 5 years and have advanced from a driver to a site supervisor in the MidWest. Since begining my employment I have seen a great evolving in Nuco2. Our customer service has gotten much better, don't get me wrong you may have to hold for a while, but remember we are a nationwide company serving thousands of customers on a daily basis. Please consider using Nuco2 if in the foodservice induistry. Thank you.

Horrible Service

I tried setting up a new account with these guys yesterday. I called their corporate office three times, on hold 10 minutes all three times. I hung up the first two times and the third time the line dropped on its own. I'm trying to do business with these guys and I can't even reach them!!

I can understand your frustration, but if people in a business conduct themselves in this fashion I wouldn't want any part of them.

Company in general

Horrible service - refuses emergency service after hours.
Pricing is outrageous unless you happen to fit their "Corp Criteria" scenario. Give it away to Subway for $49 / mo unlimited CO2, then jack up the small chain and ma/pa business owners to $150.00 + per month for similar equipment needs & annual consumption. These people have no conscience or ethics and from an operational point of view have no idea what they are doing!!
