Omni management could benefit by a better balance of how to run a business and communication with key personnel and employees. Physical work environment ok in office. Mental environment can be tough - needs consistency. Lack of empowerment to employees impacts moral and productivity. Financial difficulties in recent years add to stress of working at Omni. Many talented and good people have worked at Omni but grow out of favor and the turnover continues.
