No promotions but overall well

Salaries and benefits were pretty good. It was easy for me to commute as I was living nearby. It was just a good experience but I didn’t find any promotions on time. Working hours were flexible. We never had any formal technical training throughout my 2 years job. People were good. It has changed a lot as compare to past, skilled and qualified management has switched over to other places. I think top level management needs to bring in some more qualified people in upper management.

Owens & Minor is one of the prime companies in the Health Care Industry and provides enormous opportunities for employees inclined to work hard. The benefits are very competitive with a great 401k matching. Company acts proactively on its culture and measures it’s results in most areas; also it is a low pressure work environment. You get a chance to work with great team mates and experienced leaders. There are lot of different jobs and places to go for those who like a challenging work environment and lots of job openings and opportunities for advancement.
