The organization seems to be constantly running daily fire drills. Because of it's extreme greed for results, so many decisions are made with only the short term results in mind.

I consider myself a good employee, customer first. But now they don't care about the customer. Ever since "Pepsico" came to town we lost more of our loyal customers to the other soda company's in about 1-3 years time. It was sad to see good co-workers loose there jobs to all that greed.

I have seen great improvements in Pepsico over the last 30 years. Unfortunatley, now I am seeing many of them disappear due to our current CEO's acts of desperation to boost profits at the expense of the employees. Ms Nooyi needs to be the first Manager fired!

Stop supporting homosexual organizations and remain neutral in the culture war, please. This is a serious issue. You should remain neutral because it is wrong for you to support several homosexual organizations and then to not give any money to any pro-family organization that opposes the homosexual agenda. You are loosing many customers...Including me. I am no longer purchasing Pepsi products because of this issue you are taking part in. I am boycotting your products until you stop promoting the homosexual agenda.
