Being a small organization there are certain minor constraints like overstretching your working hours, having to reach out for help etc.

Old 'Boys Club' mentality the closer you get to the top. With the exception of one original founder the entire team of executives are all men who watch out for one-and-another (spending Thanksgiving together). Multiple woman have filed complaints against co-workers and managers for being sexually harassed/bullied and though HR 'investigates' they always return with the same response that their 'investigation' proved that distasteful acts occured but nothing that overtly crossed the line so much that the predator deserved removal from the company.

The company employs many good people but it seems the only ones who stay long are the disgusting racist and sexist individuals.
