Favoritism plays around

The benefits here have been cost reduced beyond what is necessary at the moment. Autonomy unfortunately doesnt do alot of good when people need to stand to their performance. Pay is also lower than other peers in area at other companies and Automotive is currently unstable and going through layoffs and cost reduction. Favoritism by management in providing opportuities for advancement to relatively few persons above others is another problem here.

Low pay and no benefits

Low pay and declining health/401k benefits drove me to leave because my performance and responsibilities were severely out weighed compared to the market. I've seen a number of younger employees experience the conservative culture and then move on to places with more relaxed atmospheres. Shiloh is relatively slower than at some other corporations plus they are going through layoff processes now a days.
