The pay and benefits for working with Sonoco are definite positive. People within are friendly and there is no micro-management. But my opportunities, so far, have been self generated, there is no "push" from management in any regards. Employees learn a lot about creating value for the company. This is the basis employment. Some of the people are really fun to work with and show the utmost respect and professionalism towards others.
