Why can't we get it at our local Stater Bros in Hemet, Ca (our winter quarters)?

The bad thing is that other people have to work really hard to get fired. It starts at above minimum wage which is nice but for lower level positions there is a cap. Some of the people are really wonderful and others are really not. Cell phone use by employees in front of customers is rampant which I feel is really disrespectful. Rules are sporadically enforced. Employees are hardly ever written up for arriving late. Employees habitually make purchases while on the clock and their behavior is noticed by management and nothing is done about it. Checkers run out of their checkstands to make purchases. As long as people call in two hours before their shift starts they are not reprimanded. People habitually disappear which leaves those who work hard to work even harded doing the work of the slacker employees. Sweeps of the store are often clocked but not done but no write ups are given out. This is a liability to the store and the floor is absolutely disgusting.

I am so disgusted to say the meat is worse,tough..tasteless and the personal touch is almost gone. You cannot get a pork cutlet. They cannot run pork through the machine.It is for beef and a cube steak can be made.
