I joined the SIA team in April of 2008 and was laid off in November of the same year.First, the country was in a recession as of the December the year before, so why didnt the company look forward better than they did?But i can forgive that, things happen. But when i was laied off I was told that the first gone would be the first recalled. Well, that hasnt been true. several people laied off after me and several temp employees have been called back so far. Theres even a posting on the states unemployment website for the tem agenct saying they need 50 new people at SIA . Thats how its been for not just me, but a lot of other former employees.
